We hope that you are thrilled with your purchase and that it will bring you many years of enjoyment. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 45 days for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked! We will even cover the costs of return shipping (including for our international customers).
To return an item, simply follow the return procedures listed below:
- Contact our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org and advise us that you wish to return your order.
- We will send you a prepaid FedEx Airway Bill via email. All you need to do is attach this form to the outside of the Fed/Ex box and contact Federal Express to arrange a pick up time.
- Your ring can be sent back to us in the same box as you received it in. Alternatively, if you no longer have the box, you should be able to obtain a new FedEx box free of charge by presenting the Fedex return labels we have provided you with at your local FedEx branch. Please make sure to include the Jewelry box, the UGI Certificate and the Insurance appraisal in the box. Note that all of our packages are fully insured.
- Your returned package should arrive at our office in up to a week from the day of postage. Once our quality assurance department verifies that the item(s) is undamaged and the original diamond certificate and jewelry appraisal are included with the ring, we will issue a full refund immediately.
Note that all refunds will be issued to the original source of payment, i.e. Paypal account, credit card, etc. and funds can take up to a week to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
